When you receive support, your information in required fields will be checked with your signup information. It is suggested you fill out the additional information in your registration profile so we can assist you in multiple ways if required.

Once you've registered you will also have access to a knowledge database which will provide some basic info that is often requested. (DNS domain info, path to perl, path to sendmail, figuring out local system directory paths, ect.)

As always, your info will be kept private.
